Wage Theft is a Crime: Rally on April 8th

(Posted March 12, 2010)

Tell Shelby County law enforcement that wage theft is a crime. Community members
will rally at noon on Thursday, April 8th at the Shelby County Courthouse (140 Adams Ave.)
We will then make a short 1/4 mile march to Sheriff Mark Luttrell and District Attorney
Bill Gibbons offices to deliver hundreds of petitions signatures from community members.

Stop Wage Theft: Help Collect Petition Signatures

(Posted February 2, 2010)
In addition to signing the electronic petition above, you can also help WIN collect printed
petition signatures that we will deliver in person to Shelby County Sheriff Mark Luttrell
and District Attorney William Gibbons. Wage theft is the crime no one talks about.
You can help by collecting petition signatures from your
friends, neighbors, and family members who live in Shelby County. Download a petition
and flyer you can use to educate others about wage theft, and return the signed petitions
to WIN by March 5th. Learn more about wage theft.
